mixed feelings at this hotel
repetitive menulong trek
The buffet felt repetitive. It had the same options most nights. it felt more like a canteen than a restaurant really. this was somewhat annoying after a long day.

weak beerpoor cocktail
The drinks were a real letdown weak beer and poorly made cocktails were common. They used premixes and the presentation lacked care there were no straws at all. The weather wasn't great either we had fog for the first few days and that was a bit frustrating. The a la carte restaurant was a disappointment it served almost the same food as the buffet.

the beach access is direct through a manned gate. this gate operates nineteen hours daily. a private area exists across the promenade for HOTEL guests. i found it convenient to spend time in private area.
our check-in lacked smoothness and efficiency. i found myself waiting a long time with unclear communication. it felt disorganized, which impacted the initial experience.

the room included air conditioning and a safe. a dispenser offered soap, shampoo, body cream, and balm. the room also featured a hairdryer and i thought it was nice.

the receptionist are efficient and GENTLE. the hall felt cute, with a terrace viewing the pool and sea. staff throughout were available and worked HARD to provide food, drink, and security.

the dining room is huge, with a buffet including various options. a pool bar offered food. special donuts exist between 4 and 5 at the pool snack bar. THE kitchen staff was helpful too.
